Mr. Casterline is a highly respected businessman and is Chairman of the Board of Amshore Renewable Energy. He has represented over 300 NFL players, represented active players every year in the league since 1983, has negotiated over $2 billion in NFL Contracts, has represented 18 first round picks, 10 All-Pro picks, 3 NFL Hall of Fame players, represented picks in every round of the NFL Draft, and enjoys a solid relationship with every team in the NFL.

Matt is a NFLPA certified contract advisor and in his 12th year with Team Sports Agency. While at Team Sports Matt has played a direct role in $275+ million in player contract negotiations and over $1 million in endorsements and partnerships. Since becoming certified, Matt has represented multiple top picks and undrafted players that have made the 53-man roster and is one of the youngest agents ranked in the Top 100 per Inside the League. Matt began his career in sport with the Frisco RoughRiders in sales and corporate partnerships. As a former two-time Conference Champion football player at Ouachita Baptist University and Hall OF FAme INDUCTEE, Matt uses his knowledge of the game and business savvy to execute his responsibilities with Team Sports Agency.
At Team Sports Agency, Matt OVERSEES THE FOOTBALL REPRESENTATION DIVISON and business STRATEGY AND operations. Matt completed is post-graduate studies at the top ranked DeVos Sports Business Management Program at the University of Central Florida, where he earned his MBA and Master of Sport Business Management.
JUSTIN "JT" STEVENSON

Justin "JT" Stevenson is an NFLPA-Certified Contract Advisor and licensed attorney (Oklahoma, 2020; Texas, 2026) who brings legal precision to every stage of player representation — from contract negotiation to NCAA and NIL compliance. Having more than five years representing NFL players, JT has negotiated player contracts exceeding $12 million & contributed to over $50 million in aggregate agency deals.
JT PLAYED COLLEGE BASEBALL AT West Virginia University before transferring to McLennan Community College, where he was elected team captain and helped lead the program to a 2015 NJCAA National Runner-Up finish. JT then graduated from East Central University with honors and moved on to Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar
Beyond contracts and compliance, JT works hands-on with clients to build their personal brand with producing content and developing social media strategy that helps athletes grow their following and maximize NIL and endorsement opportunities.
JT is a recurring guest lecturer at law schools and universities and was recognized as an Oklahoma NextGen Under 30 Award recipient.
